19 August, 2008 - 17:07 — Heavyarmskai2000Knowing what I do about engineering and design I dont like to limit my armors to just one extreme. If you can overcome the challenges limiting you, your designs can incoperate every aspect this poll reflects. Im drawing concept sketches for the MMO we talked about a while ago that would allow players to overcome these challenges in game while also keeping them from making uber mechs. Ill post the pics and explane what im talking about.

20 August, 2008 - 02:57 — OscidaesOh yeah, agreed. Ideally a good design can be as flexible as they can be in order to adapt to ever changing situations - it's more cost effective that way. I guess I suggested this in the spirit of "If you could add just one last thing to an already balanced unit, what sort of thing would you add?" for expressing personal style or taste. Something like choosing betwen the fast/weak lightweight or the slow/strong heavyweight in a generic fighting game. :D
However, I think the classic "all-rounder" probably needs to be up there. I knew I forgot something. :\
